welcome back, dancers!! (and dance parents!)

Hello and welcome back to Kenwood!

I am always so happy to see all of our new and returning dancers in the fall and this year is no different. Some of you have asked about dancewear recommendations which will be linked here. The new dance students will receive a class leo which will serve as part of the uniform for class but shoes and additional leotards can be purchased by families.

Additionally, the Back to Dance Parent Meeting will be Wednesday, September 11th from 5-6 in the Little Theatre. Whether you are a new dance parent or returning, please join us in the Little Theatre for some information about the upcoming school year, our partnerships, and how to get your hands on some Kenwood Dance gear this year!

RECOMMENDATIONS!!

Ballet Shoes for ladies, size 2 sizes down from your street shoe size--men, your sizes will be about the same.

I love these because they come pre-sewn. But if you have wider feet, you may want to buy these because the others may cut off your circulation.
